Eleven books for ten dollars later, I'm happily on my way. Really hungry and really needing a washroom now. Then I spy form colorful balloons waving in the wind, beckoning me to investigate. And I find: another sale! This one at the United Church. A box full (literally, the old ladies asked if I needed help carrying it) of books for $16.50! It ended up being 26 more books! I believe I am a literally nymph. But I am fine with this, I'm been smiling like a fool all afternoon from the excitement of it all! I even lined them all up nicely on my floor to take a picture, but unfortunately my camera is not working. But here's my list!

Wow! So my reading list is full for a while now! This should last me the winter! Although some titles I have read before, I either wanted it for my personal collection, liked the edition I found, or plan to read it with Layla. No matter how you look at it though, I'm very excited!
I've read (and seen) The Nanny Diaries. I love books! I have a little bit down the side of my blog with all my to be read books. :) Carla xx
ReplyDeletegosh this is one FABULOUS reading selection, and what a great price for everything! You will have a marvelous time reading through them all {even a few, again} :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
Thanks ladies! Wow! I love reading both your blogs and can't believe you looked at my humble little blog! I'm so humbled!
ReplyDeleteCarla: I haven't yet read The Nanny Diaries, but I did love the movie, so I'm really looking forward to the read! I love Chick-Lit books, they're so 'feel good' and geared toward what women want to read. Guilt-free pleasures!
Iva: Yes, I am so excited for the books, but the price was definitely the icing on the cake! I couldn't have asked for a better deal, and the books were all in really good condition too, so even better yet!
